Last year my annual medical indicated a gluc test of 5,2; this year the same test climbed to 8,1 ; i exercise regularly at gym doing spinning and then rowing machine and on week ends do cycling;in summer time engage in long distance cycling and fun rides of up to 110km ; i eat rye and brown bread , drink regular water and red wine , enjoy coffee and avoid at all costs white bread , white sugar and eat mostly poultry and salads ; I am 54 and weigh 97kg. Is there a problem with my glucose reading of 8,1? what natural homoepathic remedy can i take to have the most effect in preventing any potential development of diabetes? Joao Felizardo South Africa

dear joao
there is not only something but all thing wrong with wines.
sugar levels are maintaned not only by lnsulin produced by pancreas in our body but also by the liver which contrils sugars in our body by the process of glycogen formations.
wines or alcoholic substances oxidised this glycogen and other enzymes fastly ---and sugar levels are disturbed in our body and ultimately becomes diabetics.
please avoid drinking wines while you are sick.
UPTO 6 IS NORMAL YOU HAVE 2 POINTS ABOVE NORMAL.
TRY TO MAINTAIN WITHOUT WINES-- YOU WILL BE NEEDING NO MEDICATIIONS.AS you are having proper diet you should not be diabetic.
every system of medicine have curing effect but preventiion is better.
